Immersive European Tour for Contentful

An immersive event series that helped Contentful launch its new direction and spark sales conversations across Europe

When Contentful decided to shift from being seen as a CMS (content management system) to a DXP (digital experience platform), they wanted to make some noise. Just like them they wanted a bold, experiential campaign to bring this evolution to life with their customers and prospects and thats where we came in! 

Their goal?

To engage senior decision-makers across Europe, and start meaningful conversations about what a modern content led - digital experience platform should really look like.

That’s where we came in.

We created a pan-European campaign called The experience Tour - designed to reflect Contentful’s new positioning and prove that experience isn’t just something they enable, it’s something they embody.

Across four cities, in just two months, we delivered 4 immersive events that created real connection, sparked high-value conversations, and generated powerful content that lived far beyond the room.

What we did?

  • Designed and executed the multi-market experience tour across Europe

  • Hosted standout, invite-only events across London, Paris, Barcelona and Zurich

  • Tied each experience into local culture and Contentful’s core positioning

  • London: Bake off meets expert panel with Ocado and Universal Music Group

  • Paris: Fragrance creation and storytelling with Rituals

  • Barcelona: A cocktail masterclass with Jägermeister at a hidden bar

  • Zurich: Neuroscience meets cooking with Breitling and dormakaba
